You can receive a refund for any services purchased within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't already submitted your photos to our styling team. If you submit your photographs within 14 days of purchase then the right to a refund will be void. After we receive your photos, our stylist will start working on your analysis and send it to you within 24-72 hours.
Please note that digital guides are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their nature as instantly accessible digital products.
